CFO, Dubizzle Group

Pablo Londono is Dubizzle Group’s CFO. Prior to joining the company, Londono was Amazon’s MENA CFO. He worked in Finance leadership positions at Amazon for 15 years across three continents, including roles in the US as well as CFO for Italy and Spain. He acquired his Bachelor’s in Production Engineering followed by an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, with experience spanning various industries, including Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations Research.

CFO, Dubizzle Group MENA

Nicolas is the Regional CFO for Dubizzle Group MENA, focusing on supporting its strategic growth as well as continued functional improvements across the business’s financial operations. With a CFA charter and CPA qualification, he is a seasoned finance professional with 20 years of geographically diverse experience across multiple industries – financial audit, banking, energy, real estate, and tech – with companies such as Intergen, PwC, and Deutsche Bank.

VP Corporate Development, Dubizzle Group

Surya Raviganesh joined Dubizzle Group as VP of Corporate Development in March 2023 with more than a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity. Previously, Surya was a senior investment banker at CitiGroup in London, where he led the Series E fundraising round for Dubizzle Group. Prior to this, he was the GM of Corporate Development for Car Group (ASX:CAR), the world’s largest digital automotive marketplace.
Surya holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s in Finance from RMIT University, and is undertaking Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Suzanne Gandy is the HR Leader at Dubizzle who has led to the organization being certified a ‘Great Place to Work’ across three countries. Suzanne has worked in HR leadership in the UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia for over two decades. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master’s in Strategic Human Resource Management and a BSc in Psychology.
She is a graduate of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was previously a regular serving Army Officer in the Royal Logistic Corps of the British Army.

CEO, KSA & Egypt

Haroon is the CEO of Bayut KSA and OLX Egypt. He has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and technology leadership. He was previously based in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving PayPal as Head of Mid-Market and SMB Integrations for North America. At PayPal, he led integration and sales engineering for the Mid-Market as well as Small and Medium Business market segments, and drove over $90M in net-new recurring revenue for PayPal‘s merchant business. During his time at PayPal he was also involved in jointly managing development of PayPal’s first global payments platform. He also led strategic engineering projects at Magento, now an Adobe company, and X.commerce, an eBay company.
